This performance is an authentic, multicultural experience, concluding with an interactive segment for a select number of students invited to dance on stage with our featured international artists.
(The number of students able to participate in the interactive portion of the show may vary, please inquire at check in for more information).
2nd Show Bailando España
with Tablao Flamenco
The rich cultural heritage of Spain inspired this intense display of music and dance. The artistic showcase begins with a medley of folkloric dance and music, leading into the Muneira and Jota, two dances rooted in Spanish folklore, followed by “Rumba Flamenca”, a musical piece performed by our live musicians. We then move on to next dance, Escuela Bolera, followed by the Copla (a special segment inspired by Lola Flores, a renowned dancer, singer and actress from Spain).
The next section of the performance is dedicated to the time-honored tradition of Flamenco, inspired by the grand capital of Spain, Madrid, and featuring flamenco styles such as Guajiras, Martinete, Colombiana, and Rumba.
Between dances, the audience is treated to live classical guitarists performing a variety of traditional Spanish music. The show concludes with select audience members invited to participate in an interactive portion of our show, and join the artists on stage to dance the “Mas Macarena”.
(The number of students able to participate in the interactive portion of the show may vary, please inquire at check in for more information).
